Undergraduate Full-Time Employment Eased to 74% in 2024

QILT’s Graduate Outcomes Survey shows the undergraduate full-time employment rate fell from 79.0% in 2023 to 74.0% in 2024 as the labour market cooled. A 2026 federal report also found AI-exposed occupations growing more slowly than the rest of the market — which is why verified builder experience still matters.
